How It Works
Billing
Your membership activates the day of your first appointment and is billed monthly after that. You can book an appointment anytime and your discounts will be automatically applied when you check out after your service. Please note you cannot roll over unused services.
Minimum Commitment
Membership begins with a short 3-month commitment to experience the benefits of regular selfcare services. After that, membership is month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time before your next bill.
Freezing
We know life in the fast lane can take you many places, and with that in mind, you may freeze your account for up to 2 months, once per calendar year. Please keep in mind membership cannot be frozen until after the initial 3-month commitment has been made.
Gifting
You can purchase a gift card that can then be applied towards a membership.
Group Bookings
Your service will be covered by the membership. Your guest is welcome to pay a-la-carte for their service.
Sharing Program
If you happen to miss a month, you can gift it to someone special and spread the joy of exclusive benefits. Share your membership with a loved one who hasn't been to Nail Day before, allowing them to experience it on their own. Please note that this feature is not available for our Devoted Membership.
